MAKEUP FOR THE STAGE
If you're not accustomed to wearing makeup these links may be helpful for you. You are not obligated to buy any of these products if you already have your favorites. I'm just trying to help if you need it.
PRIMER
This is a primer which is highly recommended before your foundation.
FOUNDATION
This is a great foundation, but use what you like best. The key is buy a foundation TWO SHADES DARKER than your normal skin tone.
LIPSTICK
This is a Maybelline red red red lipstick.
#382 Red For Me - shade
MASCARA
This is my all time favorite mascara.
EYE BROW PENCIL
I can not stress the importance of having DARK eyebrows.
BLUSH
This is great blush. Easy to apply and caan be worn both everyday and on stage
LIP LINER
This will stop your lipstick from bleeding beyond your lips - OR it can help your lips look fuller/thicker.
EYE LINER
This eyeliner goes on like butter. I use it for both upper and lower lids of my eyes.
SET MAKEUP
OPTIONAL - I use this product all the time. This light spray will set your makeup.
MAKEUP REMOVER
OPTIONAL - I use this product all the time. There are many ways to remove makeup. I happen to love these wipes.
FALSE EYELASHES
OPTIONAL - This is the most optional thing of all the products listed. False eyelashes are very personal. Some dancers NEVER wear them. Do not feel pressured to use them. If you'd like to try a pair do it before a show or dress rehearsal. They take practice to apply.
